Product Engineer

Job Summary

Taking end-to-end ownership of product work, the full-time remote Product Engineer will shape and validate problems, build and launch solutions, and measure their impact, utilizing technologies such as Python, Django, Fly.io, and Postgres.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from problem identification to release and follow-up, ensuring quality and user satisfaction
• Break work into small, testable increments to deliver real software quickly while maintaining high production quality
• Utilize agentic engineering tools to enhance development processes and contribute reusable patterns and components

Required qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in software engineering or technical product management with a relevant degree
• Proven track record of shipping production software with full-stack ownership preferred
• Ability to navigate product ambiguity and take responsibility for outcomes
• Hands-on experience with agentic engineering tools and a strong understanding of their application
• Customer-first mindset with a focus on the impact of work on real users
