Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-step conversational workflow design using agentic frameworks for LLM agents
• Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for optimal performance in real-time voice conversations
• Develop and deploy custom full-stack Python/JS solutions to integrate with customer back-end systems

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role focused on AI/ML or technical SaaS products
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying LLM solutions using modern agentic frameworks
• Expertise in voice stacks and TTS integration with prompt engineering skills
• Proficiency in Python for prototyping, API integration, and production deployment
• Ability to distill complex AI and engineering concepts into actionable insights for technical teams and executives
