Product Engineer for AI Solutions

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Engineer focused on Forward Deployment Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-step conversational workflow design using agentic frameworks for LLM agents
• Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for optimal performance in real-time voice conversations
• Develop and deploy custom full-stack solutions to connect agent decision-making with customer back-end systems

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role focused on AI/ML or technical SaaS products
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying LLM solutions using modern agentic frameworks
• Deep expertise in voice stacks and TTS integration with prompt engineering skills
• Proven ability to write and manage iterative prompts for generative text logic and speech synthesis quality
• Solid software development skills in Python for prototyping and production deployment
