Product Engineer for Internal Tools
Job Summary
Seeking a highly autonomous Product Engineer for Internal Tools in a full-time remote capacity, the successful candidate will lead the development of internal tools, architect and scale the internal platform, and integrate AI to enhance delivery efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead internal product development by partnering with various teams to identify operational bottlenecks and design effective tools
- Own the internal tool ecosystem, architecting and scaling the platform across the full stack with integrations
- Accelerate delivery through AI by using agents to write, review, and ship production code efficiently
Required qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a Senior or Staff-level full-stack engineer in a fast-paced environment
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Experience building scalable backend services, preferably with NestJS, and designing robust GraphQL APIs
- Strong database fundamentals using ORMs (Sequelize) with PostgreSQL
- Comfortable operating in a modern DevOps environment with a focus on testing and observability
