Product Engineering Leader

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Product Engineering Leader, the full-time role will manage a rapidly scaling team, oversee engineering and product execution, and engage directly with customers to drive outcomes in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-output engineering team, setting product and technical direction in partnership with the CEO
• Engage in architecture and design, building proofs of concept and guiding backend development using Java, Node.js, and Python
• Own engineering and product execution, translating vision into technical roadmaps and ensuring delivery of customer-focused solutions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong foundation in product engineering and hands-on development
• Proven experience leading engineering teams at early-stage companies as a Director or Head of Engineering
• Track record of building and shipping production-grade B2B SaaS products with measurable customer outcomes
• Technical fluency in Java, Node.js, Python, React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
• Solid experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices
