Product Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Engineering Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Invest in team members' growth and success while improving processes and removing roadblocks
• Lead projects to automate manual tasks and enhance technical solutions
• Act as a bridge between US-based product and engineering resources and offshore teams in Vietnam

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in developing web-based software in a team environment
• Experience leading cross-functional, self-enabled teams
• Passion for coaching and mentoring engineers at all levels
• Well-rounded knowledge of application development, infrastructure, data, and security disciplines
• Strong understanding of multiple coding languages, preferably C# and Node JS
