Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering roles with demonstrated leadership responsibility
• Senior-level Ruby experience; familiarity with Node, Kotlin, and Swift is a plus
• Experience operating within and improving documented processes
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop engineering teams
