Product Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Engineering Manager responsible for the end-to-end delivery of product and customer-driven engineering work.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery commitments for assigned products and initiatives
• Track progress, manage risks, and resolve blockers to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Provide technical guidance and lead engineers responsible for delivery

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead
• Strong understanding of application architecture, APIs, and data systems
• Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in coaching team members to improve execution and ownership
• Familiarity with security, compliance, and operational standards
