Product Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Product Engineering & Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and enforce the Tier 3 support model and ensure predictable progression of Tier 3 issues
• Manage Tier 3 escalation readiness and maintain cross-functional accountability
• Partner with Product to identify and document requirement gaps from Tier 3 investigations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical roles
• 2+ years of people management or technical leadership experience
• Experience supporting production systems in a SaaS or high availability environment
• Strong hands-on expertise in Jira, Confluence, or equivalent case tracking software
• Knowledge of SQL databases and ability to write and understand basic SQL queries
