Product Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Growth team, the full-time Product Engineering Manager will own the UX layer and front-end product engineering, collaborating with Product and Engineering leadership to design and ship features while contributing as an individual contributor during onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Own pod execution end-to-end, including sprint planning, delivery tracking, and team commitments
• Co-own the Growth roadmap, shaping scope and driving trade-off conversations with the Product Manager
• Ship features across the stack using TypeScript, React Native, NextJS, NestJS, and GraphQL

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of application engineering experience with expertise in TypeScript and React
• 2+ years of technical leadership experience, preferably in engineering management
• Experience in a Series B or earlier startup, with zero-to-one experience as a strong plus
• Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, capable of making architectural decisions across the full stack
• Willingness to contribute as an individual contributor during onboarding and ongoing
