Product Evaluation Coordinator

Job Summary

Orchestrating the relationship between customers and stakeholders during the trial period, the fully remote Product Evaluation Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact, manage customer engagement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on device ordering and feedback collection.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for customers during the product evaluation period
• Coordinate customer kickoff meetings and ongoing check-ins with the Neat account team
• Collect and analyze customer feedback, and manage the closeout process in backend systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field
• Familiarity with online tools such as Salesforce.com and NetSuite is a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
