Product Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Product to lead product strategy and manage a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers while fostering a collaborative culture
• Oversee all stages of the product life cycle and manage cross-functional teams to deliver solutions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience in Product Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong background in FinTech, payments, blockchain, or financial markets
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies for executive management
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira
• Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams
