Product Executive

Job Summary

To drive product strategy and vision, the full-time VP, Product will lead a high-performing Product Management organization, collaborating with senior leaders across Operations and Technology to ensure product investments deliver measurable value while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision and strategy, aligning it with the company mission and market opportunities
• Manage and prioritize product delivery schedules across various business lines to ensure timely realization of company and customer value
• Build and develop a high-capability Product Management organization, fostering a culture of critical thinking and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (required)
• 7+ years of experience in a senior product leadership role, with a focus on scaling in high-growth environments (required)
• Proven track record of managing product roadmaps and driving product innovation through multiple lifecycle stages (required)
• Experience handling highly sensitive data and ensuring its security (required)
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences (required)
