Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Experience (UI/UX) Manager who will bridge the gap between UI/UX design and product management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups while collaborating with internal teams based on user feedback
- Define product vision and maintain a prioritized backlog of features in collaboration with product management
- Act as a liaison between design, development, and product teams to enhance user experience and facilitate workshops
Required Qualifications
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in UI/UX design for digital products
- Experience in agile environments with knowledge of backlog management and sprint planning
- Interest in AI advancements and their applications in design and product functionalities
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-disciplinary teams and champion user-centric design
