Owning the operational roadmap for the Verint Operations Manager platform, the remote Product Experience Owner will manage workflow standardization and optimization initiatives, ensuring operational execution aligns with performance and compliance expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Define and manage the operational vision and roadmap for Verint Operations Manager
- Translate operational execution requirements into platform capabilities and configuration standards
- Serve as the primary liaison between operational leadership and Technology Product Owners
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Extensive experience in back-office operational execution environments
- Demonstrated experience in operational product ownership for enterprise workflow platforms
- Strong experience working at the intersection of operations and technology
