Product Experimentation Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Experimentation Lead to drive the vision and strategy for experimentation across various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the product philosophy and roadmap for the Experimentation Platform, overseeing systematic improvements
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to enhance experimentation rigor and self-service utility
• Develop educational materials and standards to improve experiment design and track metrics evaluating experimentation health

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in computer science, mathematics, physics, economics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in software development, including prioritization and timeline management
• Experience with experimentation platforms, A/B testing frameworks, or causal inference methodologies
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts relevant to experimentation and advanced techniques
• Proven ability to analyze data using SQL, Python, and/or R
