Product-Focused Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Product-Focused Business Analyst will translate business requirements and customer needs into clear product specifications, ensuring well-structured and functional products that align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and customer requirements into clear specifications for development
• Define and document user flows, system logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and/or Creative Director to research, analyze, and prototype new product features

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into functional specifications
• Experience with user journey mapping and workflow analysis
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
