Product-Focused Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support product development, the full-time remote Product-Focused Business Analyst will translate business requirements and customer needs into clear product specifications and user experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a well-structured and functional product by translating requirements into clear specifications
• Define and document user flows, system logic, and acceptance criteria for development
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and Creative Director to prototype new product features

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a product-focused role
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with requirements gathering and process mapping
• Experience in user journey mapping and workflow analysis
• Ability to think in systems and identify gaps or inconsistencies
• Dedication and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
