Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product, Fulfillment Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the product team and collaborate with the Operations counterpart to identify and execute opportunities that deliver value to buyers and sellers through investments in the fulfillment platform
Set the product strategy and roadmap for the Fulfillment Services initiative
Integrate user research, market analysis, and customer feedback into product requirements to ensure customer satisfaction and business objectives are met

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3+ years managing a team of multiple PMs
Proven track record of delivering meaningful impact in both 0-1 and iterative spaces
Experience in seller-led fulfillment, with marketplace experience being a plus
Ability to collaborate effectively, drive decision-making, and influence through informal authority
Strong belief in the company's vision, mission, and values
