Product Group Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Group Leader to oversee multiple product lines and drive revenue growth in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product lines to achieve revenue and profit targets while overseeing expenses
• Monitor non-financial KPIs and ensure long-term growth and success of the product line
• Lead cross-functional teams to set and communicate financial goals and core KPIs for each product line

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in business operations, preferably within SaaS
• Proven track record of managing P&Ls with revenues of at least $50MM
• 7+ years in progressive leadership roles with experience in driving transformational initiatives
• Strong experience in data-driven decision-making using financial and operational KPIs
• Proven experience in high-growth environments, successfully managing rapid scale and change
