Product Group Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Group Leader - Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Researches and evaluates product performance to enhance customer needs and market performance
• Monitors key performance metrics and develops strategic recommendations for product roadmaps
• Oversees the design, development, and marketing of deposit products and collaborates with sales and digital teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Business, Marketing, or related degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in retail banking, financial services, and/or product management
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of five years of experience in strategy, human resources, financial services, or operations is acceptable
• Proven leadership experience required; management experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; experience with data visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau
