Key Responsibilities

• Own the growth model and targets, ensuring alignment across Product and Marketing
• Deliver weekly performance tracking and actionable insights for stakeholders
• Define and operationalize the product funnel and metrics for performance tracking

Required Qualifications

• 4-7+ years in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Consulting/Strategy roles
• Strong SQL skills with experience in product or growth datasets
• Proven experience analyzing product funnels and conversion metrics
• Experience in building growth models and performance tracking dashboards
• Ability to independently diagnose performance issues and recommend actions
