Job Summary
Driving product growth strategies, the full-time Product Growth Analyst will lead cross-team alignment and utilize data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to enhance user experiences across widely used applications, working in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead growth strategy across a large product area and drive cross-team alignment
- Execute projects by collaborating with engineering and product teams to achieve product goals through experimentation and data analysis

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of experience in an analytical or product role, including analytics and data querying languages such as SQL
- Proven experience in leading data-driven projects from definition to execution, including defining metrics and experiment design
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary product teams, including software engineers and product managers
- Strong proficiency in quantitative analysis to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
