Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Growth Lead.

Responsibilities:

Lead the product team's growth efforts to describe and validate user segments and behavior
Design and iterate on user onboarding flows and engagement loops specific to clinician workflows
Devise and run experiments to validate hypotheses and build out the growth experimentation process

Requirements:

5+ years' combined product and growth marketing experience delivering successful user acquisition and engagement strategies
Strong quantitative analytical ability
Strong desire to have autonomy and drive results
User research strategy or strategy consulting experience preferred
