Product Growth Manager
Job Summary
Supporting the commercialization and success of Consumer Directed Healthcare products, the full-time remote Product Growth & Enablement Manager will manage enablement materials, product launches, and training while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product adoption and client outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Execute commercialization plans for assigned products and develop sales presentations and product guides
- Support product launches and deliver training through webinars and workshops
- Gather customer feedback and coordinate activities across various departments to improve enablement processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or related roles
- Previous experience in Consumer Directed Healthcare is strongly preferred
- Experience supporting product launches and go-to-market initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
