Product Guidelines Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Guidelines & Documentation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the creation, maintenance, and updates of product guidelines and supporting documentation across all business channels
• Coordinate the intake of investor and internal policy updates, ensuring accurate translation into company documentation
• Partner with Product Development and Credit teams to clarify updates and support new product launches with necessary documentation

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in mortgage underwriting, credit policy, or product support
• Strong understanding of agency, non-QM, and investor guideline structures
• Experience with product guidelines, matrices, or technical documentation preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with documentation tools is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
