Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Analyst to oversee and execute software product client implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate software product functional features and requirements to align with client expectations for successful implementations
• Take overall accountability for product client implementation outcomes and client satisfaction
• Provide skilled technical and project management leadership and advice to functional department leaders and clients

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated knowledge in successful software development client implementations
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum software development environment
• Working knowledge of Project Management processes
• 2 years of experience working with software configuration
• 3-5 years of backend revenue cycle management experience
