Product Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Implementation Analyst to support the implementation and configuration of workflow software solutions for healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end software implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation stabilization
• Analyze client workflows and business requirements to configure solutions that align with product capabilities
• Validate configuration accuracy through data analysis, testing, and quality reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software configuration or system implementation support
• 3 to 5 years of backend healthcare revenue cycle management experience
• Proven experience supporting software implementation projects through multiple phases of the implementation lifecycle
• Hands-on experience using SQL for data analysis and validation
