Product Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for partner programs, the full-time remote Product Implementation Manager will manage project timelines, gather requirements, and serve as the primary contact during implementation projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the overall program timeline with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to ensure timely delivery
• Document partner requirements into actionable deliverables for execution by cross-functional teams
• Track project health, proactively identifying and resolving delays, blockers, and scope risks

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or program delivery, preferably in fintech, insurtech, or SaaS
• Proven ability to manage concurrent projects in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in partner-facing interactions at an executive level
• Ability to influence across Engineering, Product, and Sales teams without direct authority
• Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Linear, or Attio is a plus
