Product Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting client implementations, the full-time salaried Product Implementation Specialist will maintain vendor documentation, ensure accuracy of vendor information, and coordinate with cross-functional teams, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Vendor Grid, Vendor Hierarchy Grid, and related vendor reference materials
• Document vendor availability, product applicability, and implementation-specific requirements for new and renewing client implementations
• Assist with network routing documentation and ensure completeness and consistency prior to implementation handoff

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 2-3 years of experience in vendor operations, implementation support, or related operational support roles
• Demonstrated experience maintaining complex tracking documents and coordinating cross-functional requests
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
• Adept at understanding service contracts and operational implications
