Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Improvement & Innovation Manager to lead strategic growth and operational excellence for key programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market analyses and develop strategic growth plans for MCAT and PREview programs
• Execute new-market outreach and manage communications to enhance program visibility and user engagement
• Oversee process improvement initiatives to optimize testing operations and enhance program quality and scalability

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 8-10 years of related work experience
• Experience in standardized testing or higher education is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
