Product Innovation Associate

Job Summary

To support a leading company in consumer product innovation, the temporary Product Innovation Associate will manage the full lifecycle of product categories, ensuring timely execution and collaboration across cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned categories and programs, from concept alignment through production readiness
• Maintain development trackers and timelines to facilitate quick decisions and proactive escalation of roadblocks
• Translate trend and consumer insights into actionable briefs and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful product launches

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Development, Product Design, Trend/Fashion Research, Merchandising, or a related field
• Demonstrated interest in product design and consumer trends
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Comfortable with visual tools for presentations and concept development
• Collaborative and proactive, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
