Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Intake Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to uncover real business problems and validate business value
• Transform ambiguous requests into well-defined product work and develop preliminary solution designs
• Coordinate multi-product SOW responses and manage cross-product dependencies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with utility billing systems
• 3+ years of experience in leading discovery and requirements gathering
• 1+ years of people management or mentorship experience
• Technical depth with the ability to assess solution feasibility and identify risks
• Experience with product management tools and ROM estimation
