Product & Integration Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product & Integration Lead - Rewards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, and testing activities within the Zafin Rewards module
• Translate business requirements into scalable platform configurations and drive user story development in an Agile environment
• Document business rules and operational processes to support long-term scalability and transition into steady-state operations

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Zafin Rewards functionality and enterprise Zafin implementations in financial services
• Strong understanding of loyalty programs, product-linked incentives, and rewards structures
• Background as a Business Analyst, Functional Lead, Product Owner, or similar role
• Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Financial services experience required; large banking environment experience strongly preferred
