Qualifications and Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product operations or launch program management for SaaS products
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional product launches
• Experience managing product workflows in Aha! and operating within Agile environments
• PMP certification or equivalent program management certification preferred
