Product Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Lead to drive product development and execution in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to identify pain points and define product direction
• Write actionable specifications for engineering and analyze product usage data
• Make independent tradeoff decisions and collaborate closely with engineering and sales teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product experience, including 2 years in a senior product lead or head of product role
• Hands-on experience with user research, writing specs, and prioritizing backlogs
• Proficiency in data analysis, including SQL and analytics dashboards
• Experience building AI-powered products integrated into user workflows
• Strong UI/UX instincts and at least 4 hours of overlap with GMT+3 working hours
