Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Lead to join their team and embed directly within client organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed with client teams to observe workflows and translate insights into actionable software requirements
• Scope projects with realistic estimates and lead small teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Work with APIs and data pipelines to design and validate AI-driven tools that integrate into existing workflows

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in complex workflows or mission-critical environments
• Experience leading small engineering teams or pods with high accountability
• Consulting mindset with the ability to embed in client organizations and earn trust quickly
• Comfortable working with APIs and data pipelines, and knowledgeable about modern data platforms
• Operates confidently in cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure and AWS ecosystems
