Product Lead

Job Summary

Driving product design and roadmap development, the full-time remote Product Lead will manage multiple concurrent assignments while ensuring product outcomes align with business objectives in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee product design and delivery of enterprise solutions, driving product initiatives with minimal oversight
• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to provide clear context and direction for product outcomes
• Manage and execute 2-4 concurrent assignments, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare benefits or TPA environments
• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven ability to lead multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Self-directed with the ability to work effectively with clients, brokers, and varying levels of staff
