Job Summary

Driving product strategy for major areas of the AI Neobank app, the full-time remote Product Lead - AI Neobank will manage product direction, define roadmaps, and guide cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product direction and define priorities for the AI Neobank app
• Guide PMs, Product Owners, designers, and engineers toward effective execution across multiple features
• Drive launch quality and foster a product culture focused on user value and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Strong experience leading digital product areas in fintech, insurance, or consumer apps
• Proven ability to balance strategy, execution, and business outcomes
• Experience mentoring PMs and leading cross-functional teams
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced changes
• Ability to simplify complex financial products into user-friendly journeys
