Product Lead, AI Platform

Job Summary

Leading a specialized team, the full-time remote Product Lead, AI Platform will manage the AI orchestration layer, drive the design of core infrastructure, and define architectural standards for AI-driven workflows while mentoring product managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing pod of product managers, defining the operating model and ensuring clear boundaries between platform infrastructure and agentic capabilities
• Own the design and evolution of the AI orchestration layer, focusing on state management, tenant routing, and high-performance runtime for intelligent workflows
• Modernize the developer experience by designing internal SDKs and capability registration patterns for building and integrating intelligence tools within the AI OS

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in Product Management, particularly in AI, Platform, or Infrastructure, with 3-5+ years in formal people management roles
• Proven experience in building and leading product teams, with a focus on mentoring senior product managers
• Deep hands-on expertise with modern AI stacks and experience architecting orchestration layers or complex distributed systems at scale
• Strong operating rigor, capable of driving clarity in ambiguous environments and managing cross-team dependencies
• Systems thinking ability, understanding the overall strategy and execution across organizational and data frameworks
