Job Summary
Driving the product vision for KIRA's AI Stockbroking App, the full-time remote Product Lead - AI Stockbroking will manage major product areas, define roadmaps and success metrics, and guide cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution.
Key responsibilities
- Lead product direction and define priorities for the AI Stockbroking app
- Guide PMs, Product Owners, designers, and engineers toward clear execution across multiple features or squads
- Drive launch quality, post-launch learning, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment
Required qualifications
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, particularly in fintech or regulated products
- Ability to balance strategy, execution, user experience, and business outcomes
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and cross-functional teams
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and high-pressure situations
- Proven ability to simplify complex financial products into user-friendly journeys
