Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives and enhancing service product strategy, the full-time remote Product Lead, CX Delivery Excellence will manage collaboration across product teams, serve as a trusted advisor to the EVP, and lead operational projects to support organizational goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Align products and services with leaders across the CX organization and foster collaboration among product analysts and managers
  • Manage strategic initiatives from concept to launch, including pricing, packaging, and channel strategies
  • Prepare executive-level communications and represent the EVP in various meetings and forums
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting (MBB/Big 4)
  • AI tool literacy and hands-on application experience
  • Strong understanding of the functions in Customer Experience (CX)
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
