Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and commercially minded Product Lead, Expanded Access, this full-time remote position will manage a product roadmap aimed at accelerating business growth through channel partnerships and enhanced market access, while driving member acquisition and adoption of virtual care solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to evaluate market opportunities and deliver solutions that expand access to care
- Define and measure product success through growth-focused outcomes and present strategies to executive leadership
- Leverage market insights and customer feedback to inform product strategy and identify expansion opportunities
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience with a track record in driving growth through product strategy and market expansion
- Experience in healthcare or digital health, with an understanding of reimbursement models and healthcare dynamics
- Proficiency in product management best practices and experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to translate market opportunities into product strategies and executable roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills to leverage market intelligence and customer insights for decision-making
