Product Lead, Financial Infrastructure

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Lead, Financial Infrastructure, Custody-as-a-Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive prioritization of the CaaS platform roadmap, balancing infrastructure work and partner features
• Build and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, tracking success metrics and adoption KPIs
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage decision-making while owning the CaaS product line and its growth

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, particularly in B2B2C, payment, or platform/infrastructure products
• Proven track record in building 0-to-1 platform products, ideally in fintech or crypto infrastructure
• Deep understanding of platform business models, including API-first products and multi-tenant architectures
• Experience with regulated financial services and compliance requirements (AML/KYC, bank regulations)
• Strong technical fluency in API design, system architecture, and data models
