Product Lead for Agentic Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agentic Operations Product Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of agentic AI solutions from problem definition to production deployment
• Rapidly develop prototypes and proofs of value, advancing ideas through pilot and sustained operations
• Collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, and data teams to deliver production-ready solutions while tracking performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business analysis in healthcare or operations
• Experience delivering complex automation, AI, or analytics solutions from concept to production
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery models and collaboration with engineering and data teams
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous settings
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
