Key responsibilities
- Lead product direction and define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across multiple features
- Guide PMs, Product Owners, designers, and engineers to ensure clear execution and continuous improvement
- Transform regulatory and operational constraints into actionable product decisions while fostering a product culture focused on user value
Required qualifications
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, particularly in fintech or regulated products
- Proven ability to balance strategy, execution, UX, data, and business outcomes
- Experience mentoring PMs and leading cross-functional squads
