Driving the development of predictive analytics and machine learning products, the full-time Product Lead for Analytics will manage a small ML team and oversee the prediction engine, ensuring accurate revenue forecasts and enhancing dashboard performance while working remotely or onsite in Belgrade.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development of predictions, analytics, and A/B testing products
• Lead a small ML team, making decisions on project direction and team composition
• Enhance the prediction engine's accuracy and usability, addressing dashboard performance issues

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with coding or machine learning models
• Strong background in mathematics and classical machine learning
• Proven ownership of a product with demonstrable results
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to verify data independently
