Product Lead for Investigations

Job Summary

Driving the strategy and execution of the Investigations product, the full-time remote Product Lead for Investigations will define the product roadmap, conduct market research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strong customer adoption and revenue growth among law enforcement and compliance professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the Investigations product roadmap, aligning it with market needs and customer feedback
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and differentiation strategies
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to drive product requirements, feature prioritization, and customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or go-to-market strategy in a B2B SaaS company (crypto or fintech preferred)
• Strong understanding of blockchain investigations and financial crime risk management
• Proven experience in launching and scaling B2B SaaS products in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with customer research and competitive analysis
• Familiarity with product analytics tools and CRM platforms
