Product Lead for MEP Solutions

Job Summary

Focused on driving product strategy and customer value, the full-time Product Lead for MEP Solutions will manage the Naviate MEP product portfolio, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with customers to define product direction and deliver impactful solutions in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, goals, and priorities while owning the product backlog and roadmap
• Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows in AEC, BIM, MEP, and fabrication industries through regular engagement and product discovery efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide clear priorities and communicate product plans, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AEC, MEP, fabrication, BIM, VDC, construction technology, or related software
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or fabrication workflows
• Experience leading software products from discovery through launch and ongoing improvement
• Ability to translate customer challenges into product priorities and outcomes
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
