Product Lead for Trading
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Product Lead for Trading, the full-time remote position will manage product strategy, prototyping, and development for a new trading product while leveraging both trading expertise and product management skills.
Key responsibilities
- Own and communicate the product vision, transforming it into a prioritized roadmap and billing model
- Lead product ideation, customer development, and market research to inform product features and enhancements
- Define features, manage the Agile development process, and collaborate on UI/UX improvements to optimize user experience
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on shipping SaaS products for both B2C and B2B markets
- Active trading experience in markets such as futures, stocks, crypto, or forex
- Technical background with the ability to collaborate directly with engineers and understand high-level architecture
- Proficiency in product analytics and design tools, as well as SQL or similar for independent data analysis
- Strong decision-making skills, structured thinking, and a data-driven approach to product development
